- 3. Is your business model scalable? Can you grow your business with the structures you have in place or do you need to change how you do business?
- 4. What important changes are occurring in your industry and what is their impact on your business?
- 5. What is the one thing you are not currently doing, but if you did do on a regular basis it would transform your business?
- 6. Where do you see your business in 10 years time?
- 7. Who is your competition, what are their strengths, and why are you a better choice for your prospects?
- 8. What are your clients’/ customers’ expectations and how can you exceed them?
- 9. How good is your accounting and finance records and cashflow?
- 10. How can you expand the client base for the industry not just your business?
