Introduction to Coaching
Business and Personal Coaching is defined as a professional relationship designed to assist a client identify, and work towards achieving their business and /or personal goals. At the core of coaching lies the concept of freeing you, the client, to express your full potential. By minimising interfering factors, you can maximise your performance and achieve your objectives.
Usually, each client session is two hours in duration, but the frequency and duration is dependent on your requirements and schedule.
First appointment is 8.30am, last appointment 5.45pm, Monday to Friday.
