We know that money doesn’t buy happiness, and in these challenging times we shouldn’t even try.
I’ve delivered a number of workshops in recent weeks on the topic of ‘fuelling your soul’, the phrase I use for those activities that make us feel fulfilled, strong and vibrant. The beauty of it is that most of these activities are free or cost very little. You might call them the simple pleasures of life – I call them living.
