It was Aristotle who said ‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."
A number of recent articles in the media have unsurprisingly confirmed the direct connection between organisations that staff rated as being excellent to work for, and the companies that were rewarded for delivering excellence in customer service.
