Welcome to the April '08 edition of Next Steps

As a coach, questions are my business. Powerful questions lead to powerful and insightful answers. Our lead article contains contains 7 powerful questions that Ian Thorpe's coach asked him, which led to his decision to retire from swimming.

In another great article 'The Formula that changes everything,' Jack Canfield shows us that it's not events, but our responses to them, that shape our lives.

As I work with many clients assisting them to prepare for interviews, I want to share with you some of the questions commonly asked by interviewers. Suggestions for great answers can be found on the How to Excel at Interviews CD.

Enjoy.
