Top Tips - Boost Sales

  1. Know your customer/ prospect
Learning as much as you can about the potential customer will help you anticipate their needs and show them you have an interest in them, other than just selling to them.
  2. Sell the benefits - not the product
You're not selling a product or service; you're selling the benefits the product or service produces.
  3. Focus on your prospect or client's needs
You may be tempted to sell your client more than they need. By doing this you may achieve a short-term gain, but could be sacrificing future business with them.

Everyday we make thousands of decisions, some small, like choosing what to wear to work, and some bigger ones, like deciding to change jobs. So how do you ensure you are making the right decisions?

2. Asking yourself Quality Questions

You're Fired

‘You’re Fired’ is the catchphrase of Alan Sugar in the TV show The Apprentice. Most people associate the term with being ‘let go’ by their employer. But a business can also be fired and for some it is a daily occurrence. When a business gets fired, they are fired by the ultimate boss - the customer.

Final Thought...

"A professional is a person who can do his best at a time when he doesn't particularly feel like it."
