• Learn how to integrate the ‘Psychology of Buying’ into your presentations, so you can influence audiences in a positive way (remembering you want the audience to buy from you, or buy into what you are communicating)
• The best presenters consciously influence audiences by making them ‘feel’ good. Learn how to influence an audience’s ‘state,’ that is, what they are thinking, feeling and their body language
• Learn how to answer quickly and effectively the questions that all audiences are thinking at the outset of a presentation
• Discover some insightful ways to grab the audience’s attention and how to keep the audience engaged throughout your presentation

Congruent Communication

• Learn how to align your intention (thought processes) with your behaviour, so you are delivering a consistent and congruent message
• Learn how to use your Body Language to reinforce your message and how to read audience’s body language

Practice, Practice, Practice

• Each attendee is invited to deliver a short presentation. You will have the opportunity to put into practice your new skills and receive feedback in a structured way.
