2019 The Review

2019 The Review

With Christmas fast approaching, this is the time of the year for taking stock and doing a 2019 annual review. As another year closes it is an opportunity to reflect on the last twelve months, complete any unfinished business we may have.

Here are 20 powerful questions that have the themes of learning, gratitude and completion running through them. Reflecting on these questions has become a ritual for me at this time of year.

They are a great antidote to the stress and franticness that often seem to characterise the run-up to Christmas.

So, grab a pen and paper and maybe a cup of something warm and give yourself the gift of 20 minutes relaxation and reflection.
